This Tuesday, June 11th from 6:30 to 10:00pm, join Element Brewing for the launch party for their extraordinarily unique new IPA, Plasma, at Tavern at the End of the World. When they first told me about this beer, I almost didn't believe them. Brewed with an Imperial quantity of Aramis Hops, malted millet, and brown rice, this beer is part Sake and part aggressive Double IPA, clocking in at 9.3% ABV and over 60 IBUs.
We know you're hungry after work, so there will be free appetizers until 8pm. We know you're thirsty after work, so Element is also bringing 3 other beers, including their new Summer Pilsner Fusion, a 9% "Oatmeal Pilsner" that's as smooth as a stout but as golden and hoppy as a German Pilsner, the 11.8% ABV Vernal Dunkel Wheat Wine, brewed with local malted wheat and local maple syrup, and their Extra Special Oak, which is (you guessed it) aged on oak to create a rich, malty full bodied beer with notes of vanilla.
That's a whole lot of awesome jammed into just a few hours. Don't forget to RSVP before this fills up.
