Pink'd! It's more than just a made up word. It's a call to drink beer to raise money for the fight against breast cancer.
Love beer? Me too, and so does Buffalo Bayou Brewing Company, the gracious host for this 2013 Breast Cancer Awareness Month kickoff event...Pink’d.
Bring a friend (forget that, bring everyone you know) down to the brewery on October 4th from 6:00-9:00 p.m. to celebrate the release of a special batch of pink hibiscus beer with music, food, and help us get closer to a victory over breast cancer!
Proceeds from the event will be donated to The Rose, a Houston nonprofit that provides screening mammograms, access to treatment, education and support services to Houston’s insured and uninsured women (and men). There's seriously nothing about that not to like; you drink pink beer to help save women's lives.
Seriously, like whoa! Oh, and did I mention the food? Flip 'n Patties will be on location to sell their delicious Filipino street food. It’s so good ya'll. Come get some! Online presale tickets are $20 and will be $25 at the door. That's a crazy good deal.
