Pink October: Sex After Breast Cancer
Tuesday, October 15, 2013 from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM (PDT)
Beat breast cancer with your sex life intact. Many people experience changes around their sexuality during and after cancer treatment. We’ll share advice and suggestions to help you maintain your intimate relationships during treatment and get back to a full sex life once you’re ready. 10% of the sales this evening benefit the Seattle chapter of Young Survival Coalition, an international organization dedicated to the unique issues of women under 40 with breast cancer.

When & Where
Claire Cavanah and Rachel Venning opened the first Babeland store in 1993 in response to the lack of women-friendly sex shops in Seattle. The store offered top quality products, a pleasant place to shop, and most of all information and encouragement to women who wanted to explore their sexuality. The store's popularity with both women and men has led to three more stores in New York, plus a thriving and educational website.
We host workshops and events almost every week. Stop by for one of our Moms events, Art Walk nights, Babeland Brunches or one of our many popular sex education classes.
