Each tour begins with breakfast and networking followed by some words from our strategic partners (lenders, inspectors, general contractors, etc.). We then board the tour bus and travel to a Houston submarket that PIN has identified as “hot.” We typically visit a property already owned by a PIN member where they give their experience, go over the numbers of the deal, and answer any questions from the group. We also go to a couple properties that are available to contract through PIN’s exclusive access.

Our strategic partners assist us by going through the PIN process onsite and help us analyze the investment in real time, and also answer any questions from the group! We return back to our starting point, where lunch is provided and we discuss the visited properties. After lunch, PIN members are given access to other exclusive real estate investment opportunities while the non-members will be given an opportunity to further discuss the PIN Network and ask questions.
