Our largest party, and Flying Bison's official welcome to the spring season, is back! Just like Dyngus Day, everyone is Polish at the brewery the day before Easter...so wear some red & white and come enjoy the sounds of Buffalo's premier polka party band, Those Idiots!
Cold beers will be flowing both inside & from a refrigerated tap trailer outside. Delicious food, Polish & American, will be available from both the Polish Villa truck & Moon Doggies just outside of the party tent. Those Idiots take the stage between 2-5pm under the outdoor tent playing their raucous blend of polka, pop, and rock favorites.
Doors open at 11:45am to all ticket holders. as we are once again hosting "Buffalo's Best Kielbasa Contest" at 12:00pm again this year. If you are a sausage pro and think your kielbasa can smoke the competition, enter via email: buffalobestkielbasa@gmail.com. Each registered sausage maker receives free admission to the party afterwards!
Admission is $20 ($25 at the door) and includes one drink ticket.
