We've teamed up with Sweaty Betty to bring you 5 weeks of Sunday morning pilates at our Richmond store.

Pilates is a full body workout that creates a strong and lean body.

Core strength is the foundation of pilates exercises. Other benefits include improved posture, balance, co-ordination and flexibility as well as prevention of back pain.

Power Pilates class is a challenging and motivating class but above all fun!
