A mainstay of conditioning for dancers, Pilates offers the opportunity to lengthen, tone, and strengthen all the joints and muscles critical to a balanced body. Come learn how to harness your powerhouse and take your dancing to the next stage in this all-levels class. Please bring your own mat!
