Chelsea Piers is proud to announce that UnitedHealthcare Wellness Week is back! Space is limited. Must be 16 years or older.

About this Event

Pilates incorporates strength exercises and flexibility training for total body toning and conditioning. Get leaner, longer and stronger in this 1-hour class.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins. If you plan to use the locker rooms, we suggest bringing a lock, or you can purchase one at the Front Desk.
