Description

If you've been told you need to build your core to alleviate your back pain, want to improve your core strength, add in more activity or complement your other training; Pilates could be for You.

Perhaps you've been specifically told to try Pilates but just aren't sure if it's for You.

Maybe you're just fed up of that niggling ache in your back, pelvis or shoulders and want to do something about it.

Our Summer Season Sessions are the perfect opportunity to try out all that Pilates has to offer.

Over the course of just 3 weeks we'll have 5 sessions; with Thursday evenings focussing on Strength & Balance* and Mondays concentrating on Stretch & Release.

Our fully qualified Pilates Coach, Low Back Pain Exercise Specialist and Female Health Coach Lisa will guide and support you through every session; with support outside of the sessions to help you bring Pilates practice into everyday activities.
