Come join Meri Erickson for a Movement in the Mountains Retreat. Choose to spend your morning skiing or relaxing with spa treatments, or simply taking in the views from the beautiful roof top Cliff Spa and Lodge at Snowbird Summer and Ski Resort. After your lunch, enjoy a Pilates and Rolling workshop where you will focus on lengthening and strengthening key problem areas; such as neck, shoulders, low back, hips and knees. With the use of the Pilates repertoire, experiential anatomy, foam roller, Thera-band, and Myofascial release ball.
