Join Pikes Peak Chapter of CFMA in welcoming founder and CEO of First Advantage Consulting Firm, Martin Younts and his wife Diana Younts, Affirmative Action subject matter experts. Discussion topics include What is the Law and Ensuring a Harassment-Free Work Environment. Don’t miss out on vital educational opportunity.

Martin Younts CEO/Founder of First Advantage Consulting Firm (FACF) was founded for that purpose to help companies overcome the complexities that comes with grow and regulations. He holds a B.S. in Management and is HR certified. When it comes to EEO compliance FACF has over 110 years’ experience and expertise in Affirmative Action. FACF has a staff that consist of former OFCCP Sr. Compliance Officers.

Mr. Younts has developed and implemented well over 200 courses using ADDIE mythology. He has over 30 years’ experience and expertise and has conducted over 30,00o hour of training. He is the co-founder of V2C2E (Veterans to Civilian to Entrepreneurship) where he trains and helps veteran transition into Civilian life.

Mr. Younts is a published author of a book entitled Stepping out of a Technical Job and Leaping into Management where he explains the seven key principals needed to transition in to a management role from a technical background. Martin is a SHRM Re-certification provider to Human Resource Professionals looking to maintaining their certifications.

Diana Younts is a subject matter expert on affirmative action and equal opportunity. She has a B.A. in Behavior Sciences, a certificate in mediation and is the Director of Compliance. She is a member of the Atlanta Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Cobb Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of the Vision Rehabilitation Services of Georgia.

After 27 years working in different Departments/Agencies and areas of the Federal Government, she retired from the United States Department of Labor Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs in July 2011. As a US DOL auditor/investigator with Office of Contract Compliance Programs (US DOL OFCCP), her duties included auditing affirmative action plans and conducting investigations of alleged discrimination.

As the Managing Partner of First Advantage Consulting Firm, LLC, her goals are to protect clients from costly financial violations, avoid issues with the US DOL OFCCP and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), along with providing the industry leading affirmative action plans.
