The 3rd annual Privacy Identity Innovation conference, pii2012 Seattle, will explore how to protect sensitive information while enabling new technologies and business models.
The pii2012 Seattle conference will open at 5:00pm on May 14 with a Welcome Reception and a Consumer Panel at the Edgewater Hotel. There will then be two full days of sessions and networking activities on May 15 & 16 at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center.
Mobile app developers are also invited to join us for a pii Labs workshop sponsored by ACT on "Designing for Privacy and Trust." The workshop will be held on May 14 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm at the Edgewater Hotel. Space at the May 14th pii Labs workshop is limited and a separate registration pass must be purchased for $100.
Early bird registration passes for pii2012 Seattle will be available for $395 through 11:55pm PT on March 30, 2012. After that time, prices will increase to $495 through 11:55pm PT on May 14, 2012 (subject to availability). If space is still available, the price of on-site registration will be $565.
While you are responsible for your own travel and lodging arrangements, Privacy Identity Innovation has reserved a limited number of discounted hotel rooms at the Edgewater Hotel for registered attendees. The Edgewater hotel is located at 2411 Alaskan Way, which is only a 5-minute walk from the Bell Harbor International Conference Center where pii2012 Seattle is taking place.
The group rate is $189 per night for a deluxe king room. Space is limited and rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to make your reservations as soon as possible. Full payment of conference fees is due at time of online registration, via credit card or PayPal. Individuals who need to submit a check or make other payment arrangements should contact our office at 1-877-463-2047.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Individuals who cancel on or before April 27, 2012 will receive a partial refund that is equal to 90 percent of your registration fees. After that date, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds for any reason.
If you purchased a registration ticket and would like to transfer it someone else because you are unable to attend, please contact us at least four business days before the conference starts; preapproval is required for any substitutions. Everyone must be registered in advance to be admitted to the conference.
