The marriage of pork and Pinot Noir, made famous by Chef Charlie Palmer, comes to Washington, DC on February 18, 2016. Executive Chef Jeffery Russell has created a pork inspired menu of passed hors d’oeuvres and stations to be paired with ten distinct Pinot Noirs curated by Wine Director Nadine Brown.
