Description

Our most popular class! Join our lead butcher Scott to learn about the process of breaking down a whole pig. Just some of what we'll cover:

- Proper knives/ tools needed to butcher

- Why are heritage breed pigs so special and what we look for in a pig

- Anatomy lesson of whole carcass.

- Each cut to separate pig from whole into sub primal and some portion cuts, with cooking suggestions for each cut.

Each participant will go home with over $100 worth of pork and sausages.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

St Paul Meat has ample parking for all attendees located via the alleyway behind our shop

All classes are subject to minimum enrollment. If a class is cancelled, we will notify you with 48 hours notice.

What's the refund policy?

If you are unable to attend a class for which you have registered, class registration fees are non-refundable, but registrations are transferable (just shoot us an email). Alternatively, if you cancel your registration at least 48 hours prior to the start of class, we can issue you a credit that may be applied to a future class or used as a gift card in one of our shops.
