Pier 27 Cruise Terminal Tour for 2013 Public Works Week

Take a tour of the completed Pier 27 facility taht will be used for this year's America's Cup events. Also learn about the next phase of this important project along the Port of San Francisco.
The existing ten-acre Pier 27 site is being transformed into a vibrant year-round cruise terminal, public plaza and community facility that meets security and passenger handling demands of the cruise industry, while also allowing for public recreation and special event uses.
Phase One was recently completed and Phase Two construction is slated to begin later this year.
Meeting Location: Outside of the Pier 23 gate
When: Tuesday, May 21st, 3:30pm to 4:30pm
Special instructions: Wear construction site-appropriate shoes. Hardhat, vest, eye-protection will be provided.
