Picture Book Science K-2 Educator Workshop Series

Picture Book Science workshops integrate reading and science in an engaging, hands-on way. Each workshop pairs grade-appropriate picture books with 5E science investigations that can easily be replicated in the classroom.

Each workshop will be repeated on three separate dates in three Barnes & Noble locations around San Diego County. Be sure to sign up for the correct day and location!

How does water shape our landscape? Develop a basic model of the water cycle and represent the relationship between Earth’s land and water.
