An intimate, open-fire dinner collaboration on the farm with chefs Andrew Wiseheart of Contigo and Sonya Cote of Eden East

About this Event

Eden East is thrilled to invite chef Andrew Wiseheart of Contigo to the farm to collaborate with chef Sonya Cote. Together, they will be live-grilling and smoking vegetables from the farm and slicing up a smorgasbord of ranch goodies. Dinner will be served progressively, starting at our greenhouse and finishing under the heritage oak tree. The evening entails complimentary cocktails from local producers, live music, fire pits and farm tour.

The multi-course menu features seasonal dishes using ingredients grown on Eden East Farm & local ranches.
