The Pacific Islands Climate Adaptation Science Center is again highlighting its scholars at UH Mānoa, UH Hilo, and the University of Guam by hosting its 2022 PI-CASC Student Research Symposium, a pre-conference event at the 13th UOG Conference on Island Sustainability (CIS). The event will be hybrid, with students presenting their original research both virtually and in-person. Research areas include:

• Forest restoration and management
• Marine and coastal effects of climate change
• Climate change data projections and impacts on wildlife and ecosystems

The event will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 5, 2022 CHST at the Hyatt Regency Guam.
