If any of your students deal with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, relationship stress, low back pain, hypertension and other health issues - then this training is for you. The goal of a trauma-informed yoga practice is to build resiliency and establish greater self-regulation. A trauma-informed yoga practice is sensitive to the needs of a participant with trauma symptoms (known and unknow) and offers them tools to feel safe, empowered, and self-regulated.
