Event description

Description

Join the Sustainable Phosphorus Alliance for a forum addressing critical issues in phosphorus sustainability. Hear from those working on real-world applications of sustainability science and network with industries, scientists, advocates, and policy makers interested in advancing a more efficient and closed-loop phosphorus economy. There will be no live streaming of this event, and we do not provide travel funds or visa support to attendees.

Past participants have included trade associations and companies from the water treatment, nutrient recovery, fertilizer, grower, animal agriculture, compost, phosphate mining, and biogas industries; scientists from dozens of research institutes; NGOs focused on water quality and food sustainability issues; and government regulators of farms and the environment. Video footage of our last event is available on our YouTube channel: https://youtu.be/vx0AZ9p-n7I.

Registration costs are covered by a grant from the National Science Foundation. Please contact us if you are interested in registration in our room block at the Residence Inn in Tempe for a rate of $189 for each of the nights of February 26 & 27. Registration has expired, but we may still be able to arrange a rate for you.
