The City of Phoenix Equal Opportunity Department
in conjunction with the Southwest Fair Housing Council presents its
2016-2017 Fair Housing Workshops.
Workshops are free and open to ALL, landlords, owners, property staff and tenants
and offer three hours of ADRE-authorized fair housing REALTOR re-licensing credit.
The 3rd Thursday of every month from 9-12 at the
Calvin Goode Building, 251 West Washington Street, 10th Floor, Phoenix, AZ
Registration Highly Encouraged.
Parking is available at 305 W. Washington Street, which is on the southwest corner of 3rd Avenue and Washington. Bring your parking ticket to have it validated for a reduced rate.

Southwest Fair Housing Council (SWFHC) seeks to achieve and preserve equal access to housing and housing services through the elimination of all forms of illegal discrimination or practices that can discourage, impede, or deny access to housing and housing services for any person or persons. SWFHC will strive to attain this goal through activities in enforcement, education and outreach, applied research, mediation and partnering in areas that impact fair housing.
