About Ken Weinstein

Ken is an active entrepreneur and real estate developer in the Philadelphia area. He serves as President of Philly Office Retail, which has renovated and restored more than 300 vacant and deteriorated commercial and residential units in the Philadelphia region during the past 30 years. Philly Office Retail currently owns and manages more than 800,000 square feet of commercial and residential space in the Philadelphia region and has received four Preservation Alliance Community Preservation Awards for its adaptive reuse projects.

About David Ross

Partner at Argo Property Group, David Ross has experience with real estate planning and development by integrating design and the built environment. Argo Property Group is a real estate design and development company based in Philadelphia, PA. The company works to create housing and commercial opportunities that are essential for a vibrant, inclusive, and thriving community. David has a MS in Sustainable Design and is a member of the Urban Land Institute Philadelphia and Green Building United.

About Matthew Grande

Matthew is a Principal and Head of Impact at Shift Capital, a Philadelphia-based impact real estate development group that looks to increase the long-term self-sufficiency, safety, prosperity, and quality of life for residents in underserved neighborhoods through holistic, thoughtful real estate development and services, blended financing across the private, public, and non-profit sectors, and partnerships and programming with city, community, and industry leaders. Before aligning his professional life with his purpose, Matthew spent 12+ years supporting the world’s most successful and sophisticated financial services firms to deliver key business analysis, strategic direction, and transformation programs. His clients included the New York Stock Exchange, Singapore Stock Exchange, Deutsche Boerse, Morgan Stanley, HSBC, and Barclays.

About Philly Real Estate Week 2019

Back by popular demand with the support of Philadelphia Councilwoman, Blondell Reynolds Brown, Philly Real Estate Week (PREW) 2019 is e a citywide, week-long celebration honoring real estate planning, development, investing and wealth building throughout the City of Philadelphia. Hosted by Better Than Success, PREW 2019 will take place June 4-8, 2019.

The week will feature:

  • Nine entertaining, educational, celebratory and networking events.
  • Over 3,500 attendees comprised of real estate investors, sales professionals, service providers and homebuyers who work, service and invest in the Philadelphia region.
