We would like to show our appreciation by inviting you to our 23rd Annual Clinical Council Day, being held at Philadelphia University, located in Philadelphia, PA. There will be free parking and the campus is accessible via public transportation. Our day-long Clinical Council Day, sponsored by Austill’s Rehabilitation Services, will run from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 16, 2017 and will include a light breakfast and a catered luncheon.

This year we are excited and proud to have as our featured speaker’s consortium members Sheila Moyle, MOT, OTR/L, Academic Fieldwork Coordinator Temple University; Bridget Trivinia OTD, MS, OTR/L, Academic Fieldwork Coordinator Philadelphia University Graduate program; Lydia S. Navarro-Walker, OTD, OTR/L, CBIS, CKTP, Academic Fieldwork Coordinator Thomas Jefferson University and Jennifer Calabrese MOTR/L Academic fieldwork coordinator Stockton University.

The morning session will be on Multisource Feedback, also known as 360-degree feedback. This is a comprehensive system which provides a well-rounded assessment of a student’s performance based on multiple perspectives. It can be used to evaluate skills, facilitate learning, and improve overall performance. This portion of the presentation will define core elements of multisource feedback, describe how to implement this type of feedback system, and discuss benefits of student learning.

We are also pleased to offer breakout sessions for the afternoon. After the morning session, participants will have a choice to attend two of four breakout sessions in the afternoon. Each session will be presented twice to allow participants to attend two sessions. Topics include Level I Fieldwork, Preventing Burnout, Alternative fieldwork models and OT/OTA role delineation. Topics will be presented by our consortium members including LaRonda Lockhart- Keene, Megan Strauss, Caryn Reichlin Johnson, Jeanne Coviello and Brianna Brim.

Seating is limited, so please register early. To register, go to the Philadelphia Fieldwork Consortium website (www.philaotfwconsortium.org) and click on the Events tab by March 11, 2017. (See registration information next page)

We would like to thank Austill’s Rehabilitation Services, Inc. for its continued generous support with the sponsoring of this event.

Yours Truly,

Members of the Philadelphia Region Fieldwork Consortium
