• Thursdays - Saturdays: 12pm-7pm
• Sundays: 12pm - 4pm
• Closed: Mondays - Wednesdays

A portion of ticket proceeds will benefit the Kimmel Center’s FREE Arts Education Programming with Title 1 Schools.

Each ticket is valid for one tour. Pre-purchased Tickets Required. Must be 18 years old+ to enter.

All guests must provide proof of vaccination.

Ticket holders receive a complimentary gift bag with sponsors' surprises and may explore two full floors of indoor and outdoor amenities overlooking the Kimmel Center’s glass dome. The resort amenities include a 75' lap pool, hair salon, gardening terrace with greenhouse and planting beds, a dog park, spa facilities, fitness center, entertainment, working, and lounging spaces.

About Arthaus: The 47-story Arthaus will welcome its first residents in June. Its opening represents a milestone achievement for Carl Dranoff, as his tallest, most expensive, and most luxurious development in his 45-year career. Dranoff has built more luxury condominiums in Center City than any other developer with opulent addresses like One Riverside, 10 Rittenhouse, Two Liberty, and Symphony House to his credit. Philadelphia magazine will comply with all CDC regulations at the time of this event. In the event the festival must be cancelled due to increased COVID-19 concerns, all tickets will be refunded.
