The Women's Coalition for Empowerment, Inc in partnership with the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation, presents the 1st Philadelphia Juneteenth Wine & Arts Festival. A cultural event celebrating Juneteenth and Black culture through wine tastings, art exhibits, live music performances, and more.

Featuring a wide range of wine options from local Black-owned wineries, art exhibitions, live performances, as well as craft vendors. This event is family-friendly and open to the public. Only those 21+ are permitted to responsibly consume wine on the premises.
