Phi Gamma Delta Pig Dinner
Sat, April 8, 2017, 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM EDT
The Frank Norris Pig Dinner is an annual graduate dinner held by all Phi Gamma Delta chapters. The dinner is named for author Frank Norris, a member of the Fiji chapter at the University of California, Berkeley where the first ever Pig Dinner was held in 1893. The International Fraternity sanctions Pig Dinner and it serves to welcome graduate brothers back to their undergraduate chapters. It is the longest continually running, chapter-based, annual graduate event in the world of fraternities and sororities.
This year the Nu Sigma Chapter of Phi Gamma Delta at North Carolina State University is hoping to have its most successful, and largest, Pig Dinner to date. We would like to cordially invite the graduates of the Nu Sigma Chapter and other Phi Gam graduates in the area, as well as their families, to join us at 6:00 PM on April 8th, 2017 for our annual Frank Norris Pig Dinner. The event is located at the Doubletree by Hilton Raleigh.
In addition to purchasing tickets for the dinner online, checks can be made out to Phi Gamma Delta-Nu Sigma and mailed to 3205 Stedman drive Raleigh, NC 27607 (Please email email@example.com if ordering tickets via check). The Nu Sigma Chapter will also be selling event specific T-shirts. The proceeds from the T-shirt sales will be donated to our national philanthropy, the USO. The T-shirts can be viewed and ordered at the website below until midnight March 23, and will be available for pick up at the dinner.
If you are unable to attend, but would still like to contribute, please feel free to click on the ‘TICKETS’ button and use the donation option on the website. You can also contact our Pig Dinner Chairman, Joseph Upchurch, directly at (919) 537-2434. The Nu Sigma Chapter of The Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta looks forward to
seeing you on April 8th!
