Black women are dismissed and disregarded almost daily. The term ‘angry black woman’ has long been a go-to stereotype that misconstrues their confidence and deep passion. To break this cycle, Spiela and Out The Box are teaming up to bring you Phenomenal Woman. A night that will showcase, support and highlight the magic and strength of the black woman. With talks from powerful women, interactive discussions and valuable insight, the evening will celebrate, equip and support the black woman to rise above obstacles to achieve success in business, career and daily life in 2017.
“Be not discouraged black women of the world, but push forward, regardless of the lack of appreciation shown you.”
