In March 2014, Governor Deval L. Patrick formed the Women in the Workplace Task Force. The group was charged with reporting back to the Governor with recommendations on how public and private employers in the Commonwealth can advance women in the workplace, support strong families and contribute to a robust economy. Please join us as the Task Force releases its findings, and for an important announcement about how private sector leaders from across the state are partnering on this initiative with Bentley University and the Center for Women and Business.
When & Where
Center for Women & Business, Bentley University
The Center for Women and Business (CWB) envisions a world where corporations recognize the importance of gender balance throughout their organizations and at all levels of leadership.
Our primary focus is helping corporations recruit, retain, and advance women through action steps and thought leadership. In support of this overarching goal, we also create programs and leadership opportunities for students, collaborate with faculty, and engage in research.
