AGE of Central Texas once again partnered with the Pflugerville Community Church to host the free, virtual Pflugerville Seniors Conference on May 10th through the 14th, with daily presentations from 10:00 am to 11:30 a.m.

- Wednesday, May 12th; 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.: “9 Steps to Successful Aging: what can we learn from the blue zones?” with Dr. Mark Carlson, MD - Founder, BeWell MD
