We have teamed up with Justice Arts Coalition, Voices Unbarred, A Better Sentence, and others to showcase DC-area organizations providing arts opportunities inside prisons and jails, and to celebrate the work of incarcerated artists.

Join us for an evening of poetry, theatre, and visual art on Friday, Sept. 6 from 6pm-9pm at Willow, Fia’s Fabulous Finds and Loyalty Bookstores, where you can view the captivating artwork by incarcerated individuals and returned citizens.

7:30pm-9:00pm // Performances at Willow begin: Theater by Voices Unbarred, Poetry Reading by A Better Sentence, film by Justice Arts Coalition ending with a Q &A with the teaching artists and organizations.
