FAQS
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE EVENT?
Great news! Registration is deeply discounted as our way of saying we appreciate you and want to help you grow your Influence and Business. We have a range of ticket options available to you and your significant others because we know cruises are more fun when you can share the experience. Plus, tropical islands in January.
WHAT SESSIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE?
Most of our sessions have now been announced. You can find speaker bios and session information here.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CABIN BOOKING FEE? Your stateroom Taxes,Port Fees, Gratuities (inclusive of everyone that helps provide a service to you like dining room staff, cabin steward(ess), etc.
We suggest you book your cabin immediately as we have a limited number of cabins and cabin configurations reserved.
WHEN SHOULD YOU BOOK?
We recommend you book as soon as possible as we are only able to hold the Pets With Opinions block of rooms for a limited amount of time.
We have done our best to offer the most room configurations and categories as possible to accommodate your needs. We have also requested a number of fully handicap accessible rooms. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are in need of one of these rooms as there are a limited number on the ship and we want to ensure your needs are met.
Once we run out of a specific Stateroom Category, we cannot guarantee we will be able to add on at the same pricing or category level. Please click here to book your Mariner of the Seas cabin.
Check out the flipbook for more information about the cruise, conference, and ship!
DO I HAVE TO PAY EVERYTHING UPFRONT?
Booking early allows you to split up payments through October 2019 at which time payment due in full. The Pollin Group can help you determine the best payment options for your situation.
BUT WHAT ABOUT PETS?
As hard as we worked to find a land-based location that would welcome all of your pets with open arms those places are few and far between and frankly made us nervous that someone you love would be left out. We know your pets will have opinions about this situation and likely let us know. We completely agree with them that it stinks they are going to have to stay home in what might be frozen tundra while you are sailing and enjoying the tropics.
SERVICE DOGS
Service Dogs are welcome and special accommodations are ready for you and your SD onboard the ship.
BAHAMAS HUMANE SOCIETY VISIT
We have been in contact with Bahamas Humane Society and they are very excited to welcome you to their facility during our day in Nassau. We know you will be missing your cats and dogs and all of your furry, find, scaled, and feathered friends so Bahamas Humane said they would love for you to come to say hello and get some puppy kisses and cat cuddles. It’s completely optional to visit but we knew we had to have a way to give you your pet fix at least once while you are with us.
HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?
The ship is 100% handicap accessible and we have special handicap staterooms reserved. If you do have mobility or other medical concerns please let the Geisha at the Pollin Group know at the time of booking so that we can best accommodate your needs.
WE HAVE SOME OTHER GREAT NEWS!
Both Nassau and now Perfect Day at CocoCay are direct dock locations. That means you no longer need to take a tender boat in order to enjoy activities on CocoCay.
WHAT MEALS WILL BE PROVIDED?
