Description

As Above So Below: Exploring the Universe through the Natal Chart
(Lecture 9:00am—12:00pm)
Have you ever felt that your life seems to be pre-destined in some way? Astrology is a 5,000-year-old practice that links the archetypal backdrop of our world with individual experience. Combined with the concepts and principles of Jungian psychology, astrology becomes a powerful tool to deepen our self-knowledge and our spiritual journeys, helping us find the living connection between the symbolic life of the Soul described by Jung and an understanding of our birth chart. This lecture will describe Jung’s relationship with astrology, address the connection between synchronicity and astrology, and demonstrate how to use it as a tool for our individuation journey.

Personality as Path: Creating a living relationship to our Soul through Astrology
(Workshop 1:00—4:00pm)
The workshop will demonstrate a more practical application of personality as path through case examples. It will highlight how we can create a living connection between our spiritual journey and our astrological birth chart by understanding transits and progressions. Attendees will learn how to connect what is going on in everyday life with what is going on in the heavens; understand how the elements of life’s raw material can be used for self development; and apply tangible methods and tools to your own life. No astrological experience is necessary. Free tools will be referenced so that attendees can work with these ideas on their own.
