Event description

BSL's 2-day course Personal Wisdom in Business: Managing Stress and Life’s Challenges will provide you with the opportunity to rediscover your inner strength and resilience, build resources for coping with increasing external demands and daily stressors, and reconnect to your core and values. You will gain insights and hands-on tools that enable you to live a more fulfilling and balanced life, both personally and professionally.

The course will enable you to:

  • Clearly distinguish the 4 types of intelligence and understand how they interrelate
  • Develop a vigilance on your stress-level on daily basis and have an idea of which technique they might chose to focus on in order to manage it and, ultimately, master it in the future
  • Be aware of what in you is the product of conditioning and what is not
  • Understand that genuine responsibility is joyful and liberating and cannot possibly be a burden or a fear factor
  • Connect more often to an inner-source from which inner-peace, creativity and wisdom are always available
  • Actualize what success, progress and growth mean for you and your organization

Through interactive mini-lectures and workshops, sharings and meditative practices you will renew your awareness of who you are and learn how to integrate it in your daily (work-)life. The course is walking the talk, will be slow paced and regenerating.
