Come and enjoy a four course vegetarian feast of authentic Persian dishes cooked from surplus food by our team of volunteers. All proceeds go to support our work providing free community meals across Cambridge, tackling food waste and food poverty.
On arrival you'll be met by our volunteers with a choice of non-alcholic Persian cocktail (you can go for a glass of sekahnjebin (mint syrup) and soda or pomegranate fizz) before being seated in the old refectory at Wesley to enjoy your first course at 7.30. There will also be a raffle with some great prizes to raise additional money which will go towards some new equipment for the kitchen.
Please note that the event is alcohol free, although soft drinks will be provided.
