Event description

Description

A 4-Week Group For Women

The Daring Way™ is a highly experiencial program based on the research of Brené Brown, Ph.D.

In our small group we will explore topics such as vulnerability, values, self-compassion, creativity and courage. We will challenge the assumptions we make and the stories we create about ourselves and others, all-the-while building resiliency skills.

Do you tend to...

  • Compare yourself to others, believing they have it all together?
  • Procrastinate when it comes to making a change or creating something new?
  • Struggle with perfectionism and feelings of not-enough?
  • Decline invitations because those events are for "other people"?
  • Make up stories about how others see you?
  • Have trouble saying "no"?

We are ALL challenged by these and other circumstances. Here's the question... Are you brave enough to take a peek under the hood? I create a safe and supportive space for this type of exploration. Prior workshop participants have described my groups as "healing, tender, humorous and compassionate". Together, we will be watching Dr. Brené Brown's teaching videos, dialoguing, writing, sharing and creating.

WEDNESDAY EVENING MEETING DATES - 7:00-9:00PM

Nov. 14, Nov. 28, Dec. 5, Dec. 12
