Pumpkin is great in both savory and sweet dishes. Learn how to prep, roast and puree fresh pumpkin. We will create a pear and pumpkin salad with spiced pecan dressing. Next we’ll use our pumpkin puree to make a curried pumpkin soup, spice scones and of course, a classic pumpkin pie!
