Event description

Description

Every time you ask someone to do something they weren't already planning to do, you are pitching to them.

That's right: Investor pitches, sales pitches, job interviews, grant proposals, etc. - every one is a pitch.

When you pitch with vision, integrity and passion, you are far more likely to convince your audience to provide you with the resources you need to accomplish your vision. And that is how you build an amazing life!

Please join us for the Perfect Pitch workshop at Kirstein on November 7 at 6pm to learn how to create and deliver a pitch that is your story told your way, but is "tuned" to be compelling to the audience of you choice.

Workshop leader Linda Plano, PhD, has worked with over 600 entrepreneurs around the world who have gone on to raise well over $250M. She has developed a system based on 10 simple questions that every pitch should answer. In this workshop, you will learn:

  • 10 Questions every pitch should answer
  • 5 pitches every entrepreneur should have
  • 3 parts to effective pitches
  • 1 mindset change that will help you win over audiences

The audience will decide at the beginning of the workshop whether the workshop will primarily deliver content, covering all 10 Questions, or we focus on the three most important questions and volunteers from the audience receive coaching on their one-minute elevator pitches.

Either way, the workshop will provide you with practical tools that you can apply across many different situations to be more effective at asking for and receiving the resources you want and need on the way to achieving your vision.

This program is sponsored by Bank of America.
