This is an all ages event. All guests under 14 must have a parent or guardian attend with them in order to enter the event. All guests under 18 must have a signed waiver to enter the event. No cans, bottles, coolers, outside food/beverages, large bags or backpacks, fireworks, weapons, hazardous materials, umbrellas, chairs, cameras and/or audio/video recording devices permitted at #PEPCITY. Ticket holder consents to reasonable inspection of their person and any bags, containers or clothing capable of concealing prohibited items. All prohibited items will be confiscated. Producer and its agents assume no liability for any confiscated items. Ticket holder may refuse to be inspected, in which case the Producer retains the right to deny entry into #PEPCITY. This ticket is a license revocable at inVNT's (“Producer”) sole discretion. All persons must present a ticket for admission. TICKET DOES NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION; EVENT IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. Tickets that are lost, stolen, forgotten or destroyed will not be replaced. Tickets that are unreadable due to mutilation of any kind will not be acceptable for admission. There is no exchange for Aquafina FlavorSplash presents Austin Mahone (the “Event”) tickets. No re-entry allowed. Event tickets may not be transferred, sold or auctioned to third parties without the prior written consent of Pepsi-Cola Advertising and Marketing, Inc. (“Aquafina"). No reserved seating. All seating subject to availability. Producer does not guarantee any specific seating location or adjacent seating locations. No unauthorized vending will be allowed. The holder of this ticket consents to the recording and worldwide use of his/her name, likeness, voice and city of residence in any format by or on behalf of Aquafina, and/or its agents in connection with the marketing, advertising, promotion or other exploitation of Aquafina or its affiliated companies, or any of their respective programs, products or services, or otherwise, in any format, including without limitation, radio or television broadcasts, film, advertising, publications of every kind (inclusive of online and other interactive media), it being agreed that the sole consideration for ticket holder's such consent shall be this ticket, subject to the other terms and conditions detailed on this ticket. Ticket holder agrees to abide by the rules and safety regulations established by the Producer for the Event Producer and venue staff reserve the right to remove any person from the premises if his/her conduct endangers or disrupts the artists, staff or other patrons, or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. Producer reserves the right to cancel the Event at anytime and for any reason including inclement weather. Use or possession of the Event ticket and admission to the Event constitutes an agreement by the ticket holder to all terms and conditions set forth herein. Ticket holder expressly assumes all risk and danger of personal injury and all other hazards, which include, but are not limited to, property damage, arising from or related in any way to Mountain Dew, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the Event. The sale of any items with a name or image representing any of the artists, producers or agents of this Event without express written consent of Producer is prohibited and such items are subject to forfeiture, at Mountain Dew’s discretion. Ticket holder agrees that Pepsi-Cola Advertising and Marketing, Inc., PepsiCo, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company, inVNT, and their respective management as well as agents and affiliates are not liable for injuries resulting from or in connection with the Event or from any cancellation of date, venue and/or start time of the Event.
