This training provides new and experienced Peer Support Supervisors the tools they need to understand the unique Peer Support Professional role and supervise from a strength based perspective. It is focused on Peer Support Supervision in the mental health, substance use, and/or trauma arena.
The training reviews national guidelines that define the peer support role, which in turn informs Peer Support Supervisors of role integrity and its importance in achieving evidence-based outcomes.
