Please join us for all or any of the events that follow:

22 January: Philanthropy New York will be the local host for our Dismantling Racism, Bias, and Inequity in Philanthropy workshop. This will be a full-day session starting at 9:30 am.

23 January: Ford Foundation will host a half-day session titled New York Profiles in Leadership. This session will start with a luncheon and panel discussion featuring New York area nonprofits leading on environmental justice. A reception will follow at a different location.

24 January: The InDEEP Peer Learning Exchange will also be held at Ford Foundation. Environmental Grantmakers’ Roles for Putting Communities of Color and Other Impacted Communities at the Forefront of the Environmental Field will amplify perspectives and skills needed to center the work of people of color in environmental strategy. A reception for PLE attendees will follow at a different location.

25 January: Doris Duke Charitable Foundation will host a meeting of People of Color and Indigenous Grantmakers starting at 10:00 am and ending at 2:00 pm. Building upon two previous convenings, this session is intended to help attendees forge personal and professional connections, discuss shared challenges and experiences, and build a strong network to sustain their involvement in environmental philanthropy.
