Welcome to the Pedaling for St. Pat’s Bike Ride!
The courses have changed a bit for 2016 & 2017 due to construction on the Midland Trail at I-25. New maps and cues will be given to you at Packet Pickup at the Pikes Peak Center
The 50K-plus-a-wee-bit-more bike ride (31.7 miles in honor of St. Patrick's Day 3/17) promises to take you through some of the most scenic areas of Colorado Springs. Starting at Colorado Avenue & Sawatch St (behind the Pikes Peak Center) you'll ride on Colorado Avenue to 10th St, and back to the Midland Trail up to Garden of the Gods Park, you will ride by the infamous Balance Rock and Kissing Camels. Finish your ride at St. Vrain and Cascade (Swan Law Funeral Home) and wait for the rest of the riders to assemble before riding through the St. Patrick’s Day Parade where you will be cheered on by 20,000 spectators! There are 3 courses to choose from.--Challenging, Intermediate & Family Course. They all start about the same time. We'll lead off with the Challenging Course (31 miles), followed by the Intermediate Course (21 Miles), and then the Family Ride (15 Miles) will head out. The Family Ride is an out and back course on the Pikes Peak Greenway.
