Celebrate the release of the new full length edition of Pedal, Stretch, Breathe: The Yoga of Bicycling. Explore the connections between yoga and bicycling in this unique workshop with Seattle yoga teacher and author Kelli Refer at Kula Yoga Studio in Port Angeles.
Explore the connections between yoga and bike riding, and how they inform each other both physically and mentally, on this adventurous workshop. Yogis will enjoy a scenic, bike ride where we play with using a bicycle as a prop. We will return to the studio and follow up with juicy restorative postures that complement cycling and restore balance.
Please bring your own bicycle and come dressed for the weather, since the bike ride will not be canceled due to rain.
