What's PechaKucha?

PechaKucha literally translates as “chit chat” in Japanese. Since its inception, PechaKucha Akron has brought unique ways of sharing stories and inspiration to audiences ranging in size from 100 to 400.

PechaKucha speakers give quick presentations that include 20 images shown for 20 seconds each for a total of six minutes and forty seconds. And the results? A no time to lose, compelling performance fueled by intricately harmonized stories and images.

Thank you for supporting PechaKucha and the unexpected ideas that tell the stories of hope and authenticity in Akron!
