Description

Peaceful Mind Healthy Body is a group for women who want support and guidance around health and wellness. We will tackle the dos and don'ts of healthy eating while paying special attention to the mental and emotional relationship to food and wellness; cultivating both a healthy body and a peaceful mind. Our relationships with food and eating are often complicated. Just knowing the facts usually isn’t enough to make lasting change, but when we are able to understand the deeper mental and emotional triggers and workings of our mind, we can begin to make strides forward that are far less likely to reverse at the sight of a sweet treat. This group is both educational and supportive. We want to come together as women, encouraging one another along this journey to our healthiest selves.

Peaceful Mind Healthy Body will be every other Monday via a Zoom video conference call so that you can join from the comfort of your own home. Register today and you will be sent a link with directions on how to join the video conference.
