Join us for an engaging reception of networking and learning about the Partnership Fund for Peace.

About this Event

What are the implications of the Trump plan on Israeli-Palestinian peacebuilding? How can tech and entrepreneurship be harnessed to bring communities together? What might March's elections in Israel mean for the region and a future two-state solution?

Together with IPF Atid San Francisco, Invest in Peace, & The Alliance for Middle East Peace (ALLMEP), join Bay Area young professionals for an interactive and educational evening of remarks, networking, and refreshments at The Laundry in the Mission. Featuring:

- John Lyndon: International Director, The Alliance for Middle East Peace (ALLMEP)

- Adina Wollner: IPF Atid San Francisco Chair & Apple Security Analyst

*Additional speakers to be featured at event

Our panel will focus particular attention on the "Partnership Fund for Peace," a new piece of bipartisan legislation designed to support critical people-to-people work and entrepreneurship in the region. Learn more about the Partnership Fund for Peace here: https://www.allmep.org/congress-introduces-bipartisan-partnership-fund-for-peace-act/

Light dinner refreshments to be served & cash bar available.

The Alliance for Middle East Peace (ALLMEP) is a coalition of over 100 organizations – and tens of thousands of Israelis and Palestinians, Arabs and Jews – building people-to-people cooperation, coexistence, equality, shared society, mutual understanding, and peace among their communities in the Middle East. We add stability in difficult times of crisis, such as these, and build an environment for peace over the long term.

Invest in Peace is a coalition of Bay Area community activists, business owners, academics, elected officials and leaders from labor, non-profit and faith-based groups. We believe the best way to end violence in the Middle East is to create economic and people-to-people partnerships among Palestinians and Israelis. As Californians, we can also play a role in expanding economic opportunities for all of us through shared ideas, direct investment and creative non-profit, business and environmental practices.

IPF Atid is the young professionals network of Israel Policy Forum, a nonpartisan organization dedicated to advancing support for a viable two-state solution consistent with Israel's security. Learn more here: www.israelpolicyforum.org/atid
