Peace of Mind Meditation
Are you stressed out, tense or struggling with maintaining your peace of mind? This meditation session will calm the mind, while awakening and deepening your spiritual self-awareness. As the muscles of the mind are flexed and strengthened, the increased concentration enables us access to deeper and richer experiences of inner power and inner peace. Knowledge of how to gain this desired state of mind will be shared, along with a guided meditation to experience deep peace.
Below are the October sessions on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month. Register for one or more that fit your schedule.
