Join us in our new Community Room for a four-course brunch tasting menu prepared by Birchwood Cafe chef Marshall Paulsen. In a unique collaboration with Peace Coffee Head Roaster, Derek De La Paz, each course will be paired with a seasonal Peace Coffee drink. Derek will also be on-hand to share stories & answer questions about brewing Peace Coffee's locally roasted, organic, fair trade & bike-delivered beans!
