Join us on a tour of the five WAGGGS World Centers. Meet people who have been to these Centres and have enjoyed the spirit of world friendships and the sense of belonging to our WAGGGS family.
This year’s theme for World Thinking Day is Peacebuilding. Stand together with over ten million Girl Guides and Girl Scouts to call for and create peace; in our lives and in the world. Peacebuilding is at the heart of Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting and is as vital and relevant today as ever. Stand Up. Stand Strong. Stand Together.
Registration is limited to 480 participants for each event. We cannot add more spots due to the limitations of the Zoom platform. We also are not recording the events to protect the privacy of girls using their videos.
If you cannot attend any of the events, or they are full, your daughter can still earn the World Thinking Day badge by completing the activities in the packets found on our website (www.gscnc.org). World Thinking Day can be celebrated anytime during the Girl Scout year. If February is busy for your daughter, then another time is just fine. The badge is available all year.
All Events are open to all Girl Scout levels and are free. Zoom links will be sent out the day before the event.
