The schedule is as follows:

• 5:30 p.m. - ULTRA MEET & GREET: Hour 1 (PLATINUM/GOLD ticket holders enter)
• 6:30 p.m. - ULTRA MEET & GREET: Hour 2 (GA PLUS ticket holders enter)
• 7:30 p.m. - Doors open to the general public (all ticket holders enter)
• 8:30 p.m. - SHOWTIME - "PCW ULTRA™ Vámonos Bang! Bang!"

GENERAL ADMISSION KIDS - $20 w/M&G (Kids 12 and Under)

INCLUDES:

• General Admission Seating ONLY
• Free entry into M&G with a paid adult holding a GA PLUS ticket or better.
• Kids 12 and Under MUST HAVE a designated chaperone seated with them at all times. They may enter the Meet & Greet with this ticket and an adult Meet & Greet ticket holder. These tickets do not allow Kids 12 & Under to sit or stand with a chaperone in Platinum or GOLD areas during the show, nor can they be left unattended in the GA area, NO EXCEPTIONS.
• We do not recommend children 5 and under attend our events. Should you allow your child to attend, they must have a ticket and a chaperone.
• $5 PRESALE DISCOUNT // $25 day of show

ALL SALES ARE FINAL/NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES

All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, such as Canceled, Postponed, or Rescheduled Events. However, we do allow tickets to be transferred. Your guests may use your tickets to enter the building. Please note that once the tickets are scanned, they are no longer active tickets.

Refunds. If your event is eligible for refunds, (such as Canceled, Postponed, or Rescheduled Events) we will issue a refund of the ticket price you paid (or, for a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid), any service fees, and any additional add-ons or upgrades.

If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase.

Exchanges. For many events, certain tickets may be exchanged for tickets from us of equal or higher value for that same event. Exchanges are not available for: (a) tickets purchased through resale, (b) VIP and other premium tickets, or (c) tickets for events that are less than 24 hours away.
