Description

Workshop Overview

Often when a team fails, it is not for a lack of skill or creativity, but because they didn’t fully activate the potential of each member. By harnessing their collective capital, teams unlock the unique powers that are created when a group of people collaborate efficiently and with confidence.

What could those barriers be?

Lack of time, fear of failure, lack of trust, discomfort with change, ‘stuck in a rut’ mindset – there are ways of working through obstacles to become a better functioning team. Collective Capital will facilitate this.

What’s Collective Capital?

A group of Stanford grads who realized that the improvisation and design thinking skills they developed in school were the most valuable tools they had as collaborators, communicators, and leaders. They have a variety of backgrounds, and are intent on improving the way that teams collaborate, communicate, and innovate.

How?

They provide immersive and interactive workshops to foster a culture where creativity is encouraged, communication is direct, and emotional support is strong. The skills you’ll learn are directly translatable into your own workplace.

What will they help us with?

Psychological safety: creating a culture on your team where everyone feels safe and supported taking risks

Managing your presence in a group: sharing control both in successes and in moments of stress
